SitePilot early-access privacy notice

Elevate Digital Studios, a UK sole-trader business, is responsible for the information submitted through the SitePilot early-access enquiry form. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests, email elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com. Email is our preferred correspondence method and privacy requests can be made without posting a letter wherever legally sufficient.
What we collect
Your name, email address, selected website platform, optional website address and any editing requirements you tell us about.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request about joining the SitePilot pilot, assess the compatibility of your website and keep a record of your enquiry. Submitting this form does not create a purchase or a paid subscription. We do not use the form to create an automatic mailing list.
Where it is processed
We store enquiries in our Cloudflare-hosted website database and make them available in our private Elevate owner dashboard. Website infrastructure providers may process the data to deliver and protect this service. We do not sell your enquiry information to advertisers.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the pilot and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to relevant processing, or withdraw consent to SitePilot early-access follow-up by emailing our contact address. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable data-protection law. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
The public early-access form itself does not require marketing cookies. Signed-in customer or owner account pages use essential secure session cookies. We do not ask you to enter passwords in the early-access form.
