Payment and pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Existing online products use Stripe for secure payments. Your payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Elevate. Eligible card wallets may be available on supported devices. Klarna may be offered as a buy-now-pay-later option if Stripe and Klarna consider the individual purchase and buyer eligible; business-to-business payments are not supported by Klarna. Clearpay is not currently confirmed as available, and PayPal is not enabled. Check the actual payment choices shown during checkout.

If Klarna is offered, please review its repayment schedule and any applicable charges carefully. Check your total, any recurring billing and applicable tax information at checkout before paying. We will never ask you to send a card number or API secret by email or chat.

Delivery and onboarding

• Elevate Booking Booster (£19 one-off): digital access is delivered privately to the email used at checkout after successful payment verification; it is not an instant download. If you need it by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
• Website Design – Starter Package (£299 one-off): we contact you to agree the brief, required materials, project scope and delivery timetable. Please contact us before paying if you need to confirm specific features or timing.
• Social Media Management (£149 per month): this is a recurring subscription. We contact you after payment to arrange onboarding and clarify deliverables. Review the recurring price and cancellation conditions before subscribing.

We will confirm paid orders and provide the relevant delivery or onboarding details using the contact information supplied at checkout. If an expected confirmation or delivery has not arrived, email us before placing a second order.

Cancellations, refunds and your rights

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation right for many online service and digital-content contracts, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. For digital content supplied during that period, early supply and loss of cancellation rights require the consumer's express agreement and acknowledgement where the law requires this. Simply paying does not automatically waive statutory rights.

If you wish to cancel, request a refund, report a faulty product, or discuss a subscription, contact elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com with the name of the product, your checkout email and approximate order date. Please do not include full card details. We will review the request according to applicable consumer law and the specific purchase terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

SitePilot UK WordPress beta licences

SitePilot costs £19.99 for six months for the first 25 eligible founding customers, or £49.99 for twelve months for one website. Both are paid upfront with no automatic renewal. The UK-only beta requires a compatible WordPress website and administrator approval before live edits.
