Who you buy from
Elevate Digital Studios is a UK sole-trader digital-services business. Email is our preferred way to receive correspondence. For enquiries, customer support, written complaints, cancellation and refund requests, and privacy requests, please email elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com. No postal letter is needed where email is legally sufficient. Postal correspondence (if preferred or legally required): 199 Embankment Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 9JF, United Kingdom. This address is for correspondence, not a claim that Elevate operates from these premises. Email is our preferred customer contact; the authorised postal address is for written correspondence only. Elevate operates remotely, without a customer-facing office.
What the product does and does not do
SitePilot offers a mobile-friendly WordPress administration plugin for one website the customer owns or is authorised to manage. In the current WordPress beta, actual editing and publishing happen inside the SitePilot plugin pages of the customer's existing WordPress administrator dashboard; the separate SitePilot customer app manages registration, payment, download and connection rather than directly publishing remote website changes. Its initial restricted WordPress connector is intended for supported standard pages, posts, media and core blocks. Installing the private WordPress plugin and approving access through your existing WordPress administrator account are required. Not supported yet: Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, arbitrary HTML websites or unrestricted third-party page-builder content. The current interface is in English; access requires internet and a supported browser and WordPress installation. A demo is available at Try SitePilot. The initial paid launch is UK-only and requires a supported WordPress website. No physical goods are shipped.
Licence prices and duration
| Option | One website | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Founding offer, first 25 eligible customers | £19.99 / 6 months | None |
| Standard | £49.99 / 12 months | None |
These are upfront GBP prices for the UK WordPress beta. No recurring charges or automatic renewal. The licence term begins on verified WordPress connection. We intend to allow 30 days for initial connection, with a refund route where a compatible connection cannot be completed. Confirm the actual total, any taxes and payment options in Stripe before placing an order.
How delivery will work
A verified successful Stripe payment creates a private SitePilot entitlement. A purchase confirmation with setup instructions goes to the account email used at registration. Sign in to your account, download the private WordPress connector and authorise it from your own WordPress administrator dashboard. Only verified administrator access plus an active licence enables publishing. A saved, dated order confirmation will be available in the account. Do not buy another licence if delivery is delayed; contact support instead.
UK consumer cancellation and refunds
For UK consumers, many distance contracts have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period. Rules differ for digital content and ongoing services. Before immediate delivery of downloadable digital content, we separately request your express consent and your acknowledgement of any loss of cancellation rights once supply begins. Paying by itself does not remove rights. Statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undeliverable content are unaffected. If an otherwise eligible website cannot be connected, contact us to request a refund review. Businesses buying for commercial use may have different cancellation rights.
How to request cancellation: write to elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com, stating your name, account email, date, SitePilot licence and request. Do not send card numbers. You may also use the optional cancellation form, including by emailing the completed details. Posting a paper form is not required where an email notice is legally sufficient. We acknowledge and assess requests under applicable law; we do not impose a blanket no-refunds policy.
Tax and initial UK availability
SitePilot is operated from the UK. Elevate has not confirmed a VAT registration number and must not issue documents describing VAT charged unless properly registered. The UK VAT-registration turnover threshold is currently £90,000, but international B2C digital service sales can involve other countries' registration rules independent of that UK threshold. Stripe Tax is configured for the digital-software category; the final applicable total is shown at Checkout. We will not claim tax is included, exempt or zero-rated worldwide without that determination.
Privacy and dispute contact
Elevate stores account details, website connection authorisations, payment status and limited audit records; Stripe processes payment details.
