SitePilot UK WordPress beta is available for purchase. Please review the supported features, price, licence duration and cancellation rights before paying. This is digital software, not a physical shipment.
1. Who provides SitePilot
Elevate Digital Studios is a UK sole-trader digital-services business. Email is our preferred contact method for enquiries, support, written complaints, cancellations, refunds, privacy requests and other routine correspondence: elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com. No postal letter is needed where email is legally sufficient. Postal correspondence (if preferred or legally required): 199 Embankment Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 9JF, United Kingdom. This correspondence address is not presented as Elevate’s operating premises; Elevate operates remotely and the postal address above is for correspondence only.
2. What a licence covers
Each licence covers one registered website belonging to, or managed with authorisation by, the customer. Supported features depend on the platform and installed connector. The early WordPress beta is designed for eligible WordPress sites using supported core pages, posts, site identity and standard editing controls. Third-party page builders, plugins, checkout systems and arbitrary custom layouts are not guaranteed to work. Website control always requires separate administrator approval. Other website platforms are still in assessment or development and will not be charged until a compatible connector is available.
3. Licence prices and term
Founding offer: £19.99 for six months for one eligible website, limited to the first 25 qualifying purchases. Standard: £49.99 for twelve months for one eligible website. Prices are in GBP. Payment is upfront. These plans do not renew automatically. The initial paid beta is available only to customers in the United Kingdom who have eligible WordPress websites. The licence term is intended to begin when the supported website is successfully authorised and connected, not when a payment confirmation screen is shown. Any applicable tax and total cost will be disclosed at checkout before purchase.
4. Payment, delivery and owner approval
When launched, payment will be handled securely by Stripe. Payment confirmation must be verified by Elevate's server before a customer can access a private connector download. The website administrator must explicitly approve access. A payment alone never grants editing rights. We plan to allow up to 30 days to complete the connection, with support or a refund review if the website cannot be supported. Access to edit expires at the end of the licence term; already published site content should stay in place.
5. Compatibility, limitations and security
Customers must check the supported platform and feature limits before purchase. SitePilot cannot promise compatibility with every website, theme or hosting provider. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain access to the website's legitimate administrator account and adequate backups. Connections must be authorised, scoped and revocable. Misuse or unauthorised access is not permitted.
6. Acceptable use and customer responsibility
SitePilot is provided for lawful website administration by the website owner or a person who has the owner’s clear permission. You are responsible for the instructions, content, edits, uploads and publishing actions that you and the people you authorise perform using your account. You must maintain appropriate account security and website backups and check that your content and changes comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
Prohibited misuse includes: accessing, changing or attempting to control a website without permission; bypassing logins, ownership verification or payment controls; publishing fraudulent, unlawful, malicious, harassing or infringing material; impersonation, scams, phishing or unsolicited bulk messaging; distributing malware; stealing data or credentials; interfering with the security or availability of SitePilot or another service; or using the software to facilitate other unlawful activity. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
7. Suspension or removal for misuse
Elevate Digital Studios may suspend a connection or customer account immediately where there are reasonable grounds to believe it is being used for serious misuse, unlawful activity, unauthorised website access or a material security risk. For other breaches, we will normally give reasonable notice and an opportunity to put matters right where appropriate and safe. Serious or repeated misuse may result in permanent termination of SitePilot access and removal from our services. We will aim to explain the reason and provide a route to challenge a decision unless law, safety or security prevents this. Contact elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com for an account review.
Termination stops access to SitePilot features but does not automatically delete content already published to your own website. Any applicable refund, cancellation, data-protection and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected; we will assess any outstanding prepaid service and refund entitlement fairly under applicable law.
8. Misuse-related liability and statutory protections
SitePilot is a software tool: Elevate Digital Studios does not author, direct or endorse content independently created or published by customers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate is not responsible for loss, damage, claims or unlawful acts caused solely by a customer’s own unauthorised, unlawful or prohibited use of SitePilot, rather than by any failure on Elevate’s part. Customers remain responsible for their own misuse and for actions they authorise.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and applicable statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content, reasonable care and skill, and other obligations owed by Elevate. Any limitation applies only insofar as it is lawful and fair.
9. Cancelling, refunds and statutory rights
UK consumer rights may include a 14-day cancellation period depending on the legal nature of the contract and how digital content or services are supplied. Where immediate digital supply within the cancellation period affects cancellation rights, we will request the specific consent and acknowledgement required by law before supply begins. No customer automatically loses statutory rights merely by paying. Faulty, misdescribed or undeliverable software may give additional legal remedies. Request cancellation or a refund by emailing elevatedigitalstudios.uk@gmail.com. Email notices are accepted wherever legally sufficient; a paper letter is not required in those cases. Refunds are assessed under these terms and applicable consumer law. Contact customer support to request a refund when due.
10. Personal information and security
Customer sign-in requires a secure session and email verification where enabled. We process account contact details, registered website information, site licence status and audit events for delivering SitePilot. We do not store card numbers. See our privacy information. A complete customer privacy and retention policy will be reviewed before payment begins.
11. Paid beta scope and support
The first paid release is for eligible UK WordPress site owners. The WordPress plugin edits supported standard site content from inside the existing WordPress administrator dashboard, not through direct remote publishing from the separate customer app. Other platforms remain in development.
